| | Welcome to Activation Codes site! Activation codes contain a few pieces of information which is encrypted in two layers. Although you do not need to know exactly how it is constructed, this information helps you understand the way activation codes work. Activation CodesYou activation did not purchase the software that can be downloaded from our site or that came to you on a CD. You actually purchased one activation code per program ordered, which will unlock the software you downloaded or received on CD. Our software can be downloaded by anyone at any time without cost. However, for use beyond the Demo period, activation codes must be purchased. This is what you actually placed an order for - activation codes, not software. And, just like a book or a pen, activation codes can be lost through no fault of ours, despite everything has done to lessen the chances of a lost code. Lost activation codes, just like lost books or pens, will require another purchase to replace them. You wouldn't expect to replace your lost book, please don't expect us to replace your lost activation codes. I use the licensed version of PDF Creator v1.5. The sample code doesn't work! For example: VB returns an error message (object doesn't support this action) when I run Project2 and press the "Place object" button. I have created some test project with same results. This demo activation codes are included with the product in the install.ini file. The activation codes listed will configure the product's features and enable the control. Both 'Licensed to' and 'Activation code' fields must be copied exactly. Please ensure that no extra spaces are copied - this will prevent from the code being recognized as valid. With this feature, you can generate activation codes for previously compiled screen savers. You can generate two kinds of activation codes: Based on User Name (one codes code generated for each user) or in serial (a list of codes ban be generated). You can generate activation codes at any time. You don't need to open a screen saver project to generate codes. You just need the Company ID and the screen saver ID you used during the compilation. To open the generate activation codes dialog box, choose Edit / Generate Activation Codes or press Alt+F6. If you can't recall the Screen Saver ID or company ID you specified at compilation, click the button on right side of this edit zone to choose this it in a history list. What about the product codes, activation codes etc. An activation code is like insurance. Bit of luck you will never need it, but you should have it just in case. The device code and the product code from the CD case are hashed to produce a unique activation code. If you have a new device shipped from a company, you probably won't need the activation code. You will have a.MDS file on your SD card or HDD, which is an encrypted activation file, once this file is there, you product will work on your device. If the MDS file isn't there, then one of two things will happen. You either already have a.MAC file, one line, stores your activation code in cleartext, or the device will prompt you to activate the map next time you try to use it. But it's important to remember and understand that the device ID is unique and tied to the unit, the product code is tied to the map, and that the combination of these will generate an activation code that will only work for than map on that unit. Activation codes are 16 digit alpha-numeric activation codes which have the exact same format as Authorization Request Codes (1234-5678-90AB-CDEF). Activation codes contain a few pieces of information which is encrypted in two layers. The information inside the first layer is: An Authorization Definition Parameter Value if necessary. The Shelf-Life expiration dates if necessary. The requesting machines Fingerprint if necessary. Once encrypted, this first layer is appended to one more piece of information, the Authorization Definition ID for which the code is to operate. The resulting data is then encrypted one more time using the Global Authorization Definition Password. Although you do not need to know exactly how it is constructed, this information goes a long way to helping you understand the way Activation codes work.
